Virtua Health Safe Syringe Program
To find the location nearest you, call toll-free 1-888-virtua3 (1-888-847-8823) Monday - Friday from 7am - 6pm.
Participants receive a sterile, durable container to dispose of used sharps. Syringes fit into the container without the needle needing to be broken or recapped. When the container is full, return it for a new container to the Virtua Health location where it was obtained.
BioSystems will dispose of the filled container in an environmentally responsible manner. There is a one time $10.00 fee.
