The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission notified municipal officials today that Pemberton Township will receive a $28,400 grant for the Browns Mills Town Center Form-Based Code project under the Transportation and Community Development Initiative (TCDI) of the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission. A total of 84 applications were submitted, but only 28 grants were awarded this funding round. The grant funds will be used to draft municipal code amendments in support of the Downtown Browns Mills Revitalization & Revisioning Program.
