Pemberton GIS is live! "GIS" is short for "geographic information system." Pemberton GIS is a web-based public portal providing residents the tools to perform basic property searches and print copies of tax maps and aerial maps. The tools allow the user to perform different types of searches and to organize the data in various ways. For example, the user can create a map showing a particular parcel or group of parcels with overlays depicting block and lot numbers, mapped wetlands, and the type of soils. Other tools depict Pemberton Township's zoning boundaries, Pinelands boundaries, lakes, streams, and roads. The tools are available 24-hours per day, 7 days per week.
